It took several calls to have it resolved..

I called DexYP to cancel my account in the beginning of 2018 and was told I had to go through a few more months of billing and then my account would be closed out. Well, it's June and I just received another bill!!!!

When does this stop? They even called me a while ago and asked me if I had any questions...I told them I simply wanted to close my account and they assured me it was. After reading the other negative reviews of people trying to close their accounts and STILL receiving bills, I am discouraged! I have a very small business and I am scaling back so I don't need the advertising anymore.

I will be calling them yet again to try to resolve this. :(!

Tis company is horrible! I have made many attempts to cancel my account but they continue to call our business and threaten collections if we don't pay their continuing bills.

Use better business bureau to enter a claim! Thats where im heading now. This is nonsense what they are doing.

Me too -im pissed as you and they are plain screwing people over. Called customer service who magically lost documentation.

Our rep can not be found.

Now i wasting time finding old emails. I want out this company is terrible in every way
