I noticed and entry on my bank statement for $59. 00 twice on the same day from this company: DEX MED, INC ., 844-339-****, at 2200 W. Airfield Dr., Dallas TX 75261. When I called, I spoke with a lady that talked so fast that you could not get a word in, so I told her that I did not know the nature of this company DEX Med, Inc. and I did not sign up for its services and that I wanted to cancel and refund. She transferred me over to the owner by the name of Kevin, who insist that my company was get more customers and how was my sales. I told him that I did not have any increase in sales nor was there any activities on my website or social media sites. Then he stated that he could not cancel and that I had to wait until July to cancel.

About, a week later, I get a call from a company by the name of Switch2Web, it the two individuals that I spoke with was trying to get me to sign up for services that I as a very small business do not need for $149 and insist that I give them my finance information to get stated. They would call me everyday/all day and they even went down to $59. I was still not interested in this service.

While opening my home mail (March 29, 2018), I receive an invoice from DEX MED, INC., stated that I need to send them payment of $59. And three days later, I get a invoice from Switch2Web for payment of $149.

DEX MED, INC and SWITCE2WEB, it is sad that you mistreat small business for your profits. I believe that theses two companies are the same.

CEO/CUSTOMER SERVICE: Please resolve this issue and refund money no service on my business: Flori Roberts by Monica. I would leave my contact information, but I do not want any more calls from this companies - I get about 5 calls a day. Please contact me via the account #80012****.

Yes, so am I got scammed, but I will fight to get every penny back. I own small computer business in Maplewood, NJ who advised the sales representative name Miriam Verner-Haddadin who came to my office and has advised her that I was not interested in digital advertising back in 2016.

However DexYp inserted the $175.00 with yellow pages without telling me until my bookkeeper found it that there were charges are not suppose to be in the bill(yellow pages, now dex.yp), $175.00/month digital advertising. I want all my money back with any way I can, for example TV, kane in your corner, Better Business bureau, and Consumers affairs.

i also send the invoice to DexYp for 23 months. Please Spread this to any SOCIAL MEDIA, ANY MEDIA, you can tell people to be aware of this DexYp.

We must all get together and file a class action lawsuit against this company DEXYP and any other names they use. Tens of Thousand are complaining about this same issue a scam by this company that we can compare to the IRS scam calls from India who threaten you jail or you must wire them money as back taxes , it is the same scam. For sure the end of this company is soon and the end of the employees of this company would be in jail

We would be very interested in the class action lawsuit they have done the same thing to us took $718 out of our account I am filing a dispute with the bank

DEX-YP......I am still receiving letters for payment amount due for acct.#80012****. Per conversation on May 31, 2018, this account will be closed as of September, 2018.

It is now almost November, 2018.

Please CANCEL and stop sending me notifications of amount due. Also, I haven't received my refund!
