DexYP automatically renewed a listing without my consent, then began billing me. Because I did not have the time to fight over the nuisance bills, I paid under protest.

I paid a bill in July 2018 that was supposed to be my last one according the their collection department. I then received a charge for $106.82 for a returned check charge. However, the check was never presented to my bank and there was plenty of money to cover the check in the account if it had *** presented.

When I asked the customer service person to fax me a copy of the alleged returned check, she deferred to the Finance Department. I asked her to fax it to me.

I said I was going to sue the company. If anyone else has had a similar problem please contact me. Not soliciting business, will take all claims to a class action lawyer if there are significant claims of this nature. I am being harassed and wrongfully billed and threatened by a company I do not have a contract with for services I never requested.

This is wrong and I intend to put a stop to it. If it is happening to me it must be happening to others.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $2500.
